SP-PH ELECTRICAL LICENSE

NC Contractors in the HVAC or Plumbing service and replacement business need this license

to legally disconnect the branch circuit from the equipment.

The SP-PH Exam is a  three -hour multiple-choice exam administered by PSI Testing Centers across

North Carolina; testing centers are open from Monday through Saturday beginning at 8:00 am. 

 

 

License Eligibility: Applicants do not need a contractor license to qualify for the SP-PH Electrical license; eligibility requirement is only three years of Plumbing or HVAC field experience.
