Part II:  11:15 am to 1:15 pm

Venting Concepts & Testing Procedures – Venting of Appliances with single and common vents; Identifying vents with down draft potential;

Vents under the influence of exhaust fans; Testing procedures for proper venting.

Part III: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

NC Fuel Gas Code/Chapter 3 – 2012 Changes to NC Fuel Gas Code; Calculating combustion air for gas fired equipment; approved methods

of providing combustion air.

Construction and Maintenance Equipment-Safe Use of Scaffolds and Ladders; Trenching and Excavating Safety Practices; Fall Protection.
